Arctic Temperatures 9° Higher Than Normal
In the words of the poet known as 50 cent, “It’s getting hot in here, so take off all your clothes.” The Arctic has been described by many as the ‘canary in the coal mine’, and right now that bird is tweeting. We all know the action that needs to be taken. Cut out fossil fuel use, cut subsidies to fossil fuel based energy, pour money and research into solar, wind, geothermal, the energy internet, wave power, tidal power, and basic, common sense, energy use minimisation.
