Carbon Planet launches a major Website Overhaul
Screen snap of Carbon Planet’s new look website
It’s official! Carbon Planet’s marketing team, an army of graphic designers and the web development team have been busy for the last two months rethinking and re-implementing how we communicate to both corporate and consumer audiences alike. I am very pleased to announce that about five minutes ago Carbon Planet launched its new look and feel. The logo* has been completely rethought, the web is simpler, more informative, more up-to-date and loads much much faster. Our online carbon credits shop works better, the flight emissions calculator is even cooler, and there’s a tonne of new information in the Carbopedea.
There are four pillars to Carbon Planet’s business.
- Business Services - conducting greenhouse gas emissions audits and broad emissions reduction and commercialisation services for corporate clients
- Carbon Commerce - helping projects get registered to create carbon credits through both investment and consulting on project documentation, as well as trading and brokerage of carbon credits on the international markets
- Corporate education for both the boardroom and the shop-floor. Behavioural change is easier than structural change
- My Carbon Planet - the retail and consumer focussed part of the company that harks right back to its roots some eight years ago.
Carbon Planet employs a large network of engineers, scientists, business analysts, and origination consultant and has the skills, experience and reliability to help you cope with anything carbon related, from corporate compliance issues through to process optimisation.
Like a snake must shed its skin to grow, or water must get turbulent as it becomes steam, Carbon Planet has just undergone a phase change moment, a tipping point, from which we see an optimistic and unbounded future. See for yourself at www.carbonplanet.com. — DS
*Just for the nerds out there, the colour band at the base of the logo is derived from the mass spectrometer signature of a carbon atom.
