Vessels
Koyanisqatsi is one of the most remarkable films ever made and this particular piece, Vessels, popped up while surfing through YouTube recently. It’s not really a climate change film, or even about climate change, but, watching this clip again, it’s just so damn relevant 25 or so years after it was first released. An interesting bit of trivia, my dear friend Cameron Hickey worked on one of the very early drafts of the Carbon Planet website and also on the 3rd of the ‘qatsi‘ films, Naqoyqatsi. Koyanisqatsi is by far the best of the three however and if you get a chance see it on the big screen. — DS
