The Carbon Planet Logo

The Carbon Planet 'spectrum' is derived from the spectrographic signature of a carbon atom.

An element's particular spectrum is the relative intensity of the various frequencies of electromagnetic radiation interpreted by our eyes as colours, that the target element emits when it is heated (i.e. "excited"). The resulting band of colours and gaps is unique for each element. This band of colours is called the element's "spectrographic signature".

By direct analogy, the colours and spaces represent Carbon Planet being a "full spectrum" carbon emission reduction company with roles covering production, measurement and commercialisation of carbon emissions reduction planning.
